- What is included in the $39.95 per user price?
- Unlimited calling in the US and Canada, HD voice, virtual receptionist, unlimited call forwarding, caller ID, voicemail-to-email, and your own dashboard with full call history. Taxes are included — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Can I keep my existing business number?
- Yes. We port your current numbers over so customers keep reaching you exactly as they do today. We handle the paperwork with your current carrier and schedule the switch so there is no downtime.
- Do I need to buy new phones?
- Not necessarily. Many existing SIP desk phones work with our service, and you can also use the mobile and desktop apps with no hardware at all. If you do want new handsets, we stock Yealink models on our devices page.
- How long does setup take?
- Most Orange County businesses are up and running within a few business days. We configure your call flows, record or load your greetings, and can come on-site to place and test handsets.
